“ I can never resist all things grape so I got the grape tea with salted cheese and it was absolutely delicious and extremely refreshing! The grape flavor was abundant and dominant, aromatic, and oh so refreshing. The service was quick and convenient, we order through a kiosk. The salted cheese foam was delectable as well and really balanced the sweetness from the grape. There was also jelly on the bottom as well that added a nice texture to the drink itself. Overall, very solid spot. ”

“ This boba spot is my new favorite chill-out and work spot! The vibe inside is laid-back with a touch of hipster cool. You can order on a little screen, which keeps things easy and modern, and they make the drinks right there. Trendy Asian music plays in the background, adding a fun energy (maybe some K-pop vibes?). When we stopped by, a few people were quietly coding on their laptops, with tons of people-watching potential- sooo fun. Great spot to get stuff done or just soak up the scene! Bunch of tables and even a photo op corner. Oooo ya they had cool window seating!! Check that out Btw I had the passion fruit pineapple with Lychee, try w 25% ice. “ Ordered via T-Pass and got the watermelon lychee tea. It was a mix of hot and cold drink and tasted quite refreshing. The place was empty and I came just as my ordered was being prepared. Located on a busy street with lots of other food options to try. I'd come in for a different drink for sure! ”

“ Came here on a Friday night during the Sunset Mercantile, so this place was packed. The Snoopy decorations were very cute, and there's seating inside if desired. You order at a self-order kiosk, and there's plenty of room to inside. I got the oolong tea with boba and 75% sweetness. I could taste the tea clearly and enjoyed its flavor. The boba was not too sweet; usually I order 50% sweetness at boba places due to honey/sugar on the boba, but I'm glad I got a higher sweetness here to balance it out. The boba texture was not too soft, which is how I like it. Very no frills, standard place to get boba for a more reasonable price (~$6), so I would come again if I was in the area. ”

“ With so many boba shops in the area, we still haven't had a chance to try them all. First time at 1011 Sip Tea, and we ordered the Ube milk tea (replaced boba with grass jelly) and the CoCo Grass Jelly milk tea. Appreciate that they allow substitutions for the boba at no extra charge. Hubs liked the ube milk tea and noted that it was creamy and the ube flavor came through. I think the CoCo was a chocolate milk tea but not positive as there were no descriptions of the drinks when ordering at the kiosk. Don't know what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised. Drinks were good and we'd return to try other items. ”

“ Easy ordering on the tablet or there's someone to take your order also. The order was ready in 10-15 mins. The place had cute Snoopy-themed decorations and Snoopy frame for photos! We ordered: - E3. Passion Fruit Lemon Tea with Aiyu It was a bit sweet even with 25% sweet but I think it was the aiyu jelly. Very generous with the amount of jelly topping. The drink was refreshing, and I was surprised it wasn't sour even though there were pieces of lemon in there. This one is one of the top 5 drinks according to their menu! - C5. Lychee Black Milk Tea w/ lychee jelly (originally comes with boba) I like how there's the option to substitute the topping, which many places charge extra for. Very generous with the amount of lychee jelly. Tea flavor was not super strong and felt a bit watered down. The 50% sweetness didn't tasted sweet at all. Overall, great service and the staff were friendly. The fruity drinks seem good but I think the tea flavor has to be stronger for the milk tea drinks. A good try for fruity teas if you're in the area! ”

“ Came with my husband on a Wednesday afternoon as we were in the area and looking to satisfy our boba cravings. The storefront was empty so we were served right away and our drinks came out quickly. I ordered the purple yam milk tea with tapioca and he ordered the winter melon milk tea with tapioca. Both drinks were delicious (half sweet, light ice) and the tapioca was a perfect chewy consistency. They use white/clear tapioca here as opposed to the typical black boba balls. Decor is super cute with lots of neon signs and some Snoopy collab items. We are big Snoopy fans and ended up buying an adorable Woodstock bucket hat. The interior is spacious and has a lot of seating as well. Highly recommend this spot! ”
